Gina Micheletti took the leap into entrepreneurship in 2018, launching Slay Bae as an independent stylist in a small solo suite. While she didn't envision building a team and starting a full-service salon in suites, Gina's aspirations, passion for mentorship and growing clientele soon surpassed the capacity of her modest space. Expanding her vision, she incorporated even more suites and more stylists.

In 2023, she landed in the present-day establishment of Slay Bae Beauty Co. - a brick-and-mortar sanctuary in the heart of Green Hills. Gina, recognized as an expert in color & hair extensions, attracted a team that shares her passion for continuous learning. After developing a stellar educational background for 5 years with Bellami Professional, Gina launched her own Slay Signature extension line that is exclusive to her salon clientele and team. She currently focuses all her energy on growing and expanding in-house. The commitment to staying updated and ahead of trends is not merely a goal, but a dedication to providing the best for her salon company. The emphasis on education acts as a magnet, drawing like-minded individuals who prioritize growth in the beauty industry.

She's built an empire that slays every time - not only in providing something as simple as really good company, but also delivering exceptional quality and service to everyone who walks through the doors. Gina's work is play, but outside of the salon she enjoys travel, live music, trying new restaurants & hanging with her two favorite dudes (her boyfriend and fluffy goldendoodle, Hank)!
